These memories were juxtaposed against the reality of how Coney Island has faded over time. The cinematography and choice of videos that were used truly fit what the video was trying to say. The speaker obviously cared about coney island a lot. To be honest it seemed to be a little over dramatized but it got across the point that the author thought about the place in two ways.
