a sentence

A sentence starts out like a ray of sunshine. A warm brilliant idea shining through the writers mind as he contemplates his message. this idea is the catalyst for change in a paper. First the plant receives this idea with leaves facing up like open arms waiting for an embrace.  From there the idea is used, it becomes a catalyst. Combined with the carbon dioxide of syntax, grammar, and words a paper takes this idea and transforms it. It changes from an invisible feeling of warmth to the sensual impacting beauty of a flowering plant. From there the reader takes the waste of the process, it takes the leftover ideas or open ended questions and runs with it, like humans and the leftover oxygen.

  1. this is some serious imagery in this piece! it is such a unique and unexpected metaphor that works because you carry it throughout. nicely done!
